About the job
HR Program Management Officer, EIRTW (SP-08) SP0202
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the national EIRTW program by:
- Interpreting legislation, regulations, policies, providing specialist advice/expertise on administration of complex Return to Work (RTW) and Accommodation cases
- Networking with internal/external stakeholders, bringing collaborative resolution to multidimensional EIRTW cases
- Developing, overseeing and facilitating awareness sessions/strategies to promote EIRTW benefits to client stakeholders
- Coach EIRTW coordinators (SP06) in written and Oral communications
Various Linguistic profiles : English essential, Bilingual imperative (BBB/BBB) and (CBC/CBC)

Essential staffing requirements
To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements.
Education
-
A secondary school diploma or CRA-approved alternatives.
Experience
Candidates will be required to meet all of the following experience factors that follow:
- Experience* in analyzing situation and using judgment to provide advice and guidance to internal/external stakeholders on complex**, multidisciplinary cases, or strategies.
- Experience* in promoting awareness of a national program by applying legislation, business processes and adherence to the duty to accommodate and /or jurisprudence into recommended options/solutions in multidimensional cases.
- Experience* in managing a varying workload with multiple conflicting deadlines or priorities
*Experience is normally associated with the performance of these functions as part of the major job duties accomplished for a minimum of two (2) years, including at least a minimum of six (6) consecutive months, within the last five (5) years.
**Complex issues are defined as issues with the following characteristics:
I. Engaging several stakeholders; and
II. Cases including multifaceted issues

The essential staffing requirements indicated below will be assessed during the process and may be used to identify candidates for positions. - Knowledge of duty to accommodate measures according to legislative and policy requirements;

- Performance validation
- Second Language Evaluation (if required for the bilingual position to staff)
