  • Uses bar-code reader to electronically capture data from returns.
  • Verifies, edits, and corrects captured data.
  • Provides technical support to team members for the electronic data capture of returns and other source documents.
  • Assists with the training of team members on various data capture equipment and for various workflows.

The language requirements of position(s) to be staffed: French essential

Please note that the Jonquiere Tax Centre is in a unilingual French region. The official working language is therefore French.

Please note that this process will be used to staff temporary positions of less than 6 months during the Tax period and for evening shift only at the Jonquiere Tax Centre. As a result, we will expect candidates appointed from this process to relocate to this location. You will have to pay any expenses related to relocation.

There will be no permanent offer within this staffing process.

The pool established from this staffing process may be used to staff similar positions.

If you are qualified in a SP01 pool or a call back pool of the Jonquiere Tax Centre, these pools will have priority over this process.

Preference for appointment will be given to veterans, Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

Persons who live and/or work in the Saguenay – Lac-St-Jean administrative region.

AND individuals with preferred status who live or work within the general rule of minimum distance of the position(s) being staffed.

AND eligible veterans and Canadian Forces members

Qualified members and former members of the Canadian Forces who receive an offer of employment are not entitled to relocation costs from the CRA. They may, however, be entitled to a final relocation from the Department of National Defence
