About the job

Candidates sought throughout Quebec

You no longer have to live in a city near a Canada Revenue Agency office! The possibilities of teleworking within Canada allow you to obtain interesting positions, everywhere in Quebec. We are looking for motivated candidates to fill positions at various levels in CRA client service.

The pool established from this staffing process will be used to make appointments:

  • for various customer service jobs (SP-03 and SP-04);
  • with various language requirements;
  • full-time and / or part-time;
  • teleworking, hybrid work or physical office work depending on the position.

This pool could also be used to fill positions at the SP-03 level. Please note that the salary scale will vary depending on the group and level of the position to be filled. Information on pay rates can be found here.
