Who is the Canada Revenue Agency?

Some of the key functions that students may occupy include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide various administrative support services using different software programs.
  • Process and enter data, search databases and produce reports.
  • Communicate with various internal and external clients, and provide information or advice.

Please note that it is possible that positions within Business Support Services will be filled from this process. Support services include information technology, communications, finance and administration, and human resources.

If you meet the prerequisites for this process, you will be invited to an unsupervised internet test which evaluates various behavioural and cognitive competencies and abilities.

Subsequently, depending on the position, you may be called for an interview or a test.

  • Bilingualism: Some positions may require students to be able to work in both official languages, English and French. In the event that a position requires a bilingual capacity, managers may assess the students' second language proficiency using a locally developed assessment tool.
